Al ser las 5:14 p. m., Bomberos recibe una alerta de "EMERGENCIAS POR VEHICULOS DE TRANSPORTES, PRECIPITACION". En la dirección:

SAN JOSE LEON CORTES SAN PABLO CARRIZALES DE LA ESCUELA DE CARRIZAL 800 OESTE CAMINO A SAN ISIDRO ENTRADA PRIVADA A MANO DERECHA CON PORTON NEGRO INGRESAR 100 METROS

Se asigna la estación SAN MARCOS como responsable y se despachan las unidades M-74, M-06.

Los bomberos en la escena actualizan la clasificación del incidente a: "OTROS INCIDENTES, OTRAS CONDICIONES DE RIESGO".

En lo que va del 2026 se han reportado 133 incidentes de tipo "OTROS INCIDENTES, OTRAS CONDICIONES DE RIESGO", siendo este el primero en el cantón de LEON CORTEZ. En 2025 hubo 124 incidentes de este tipo.
